New England Patriots Banner

Are you ready for some football??!!??
We are huge New England Patriots fans.  Dave was out of town this week, so I made a little banner for him.
I used the same things I did for the Magic Show Happy Birthday Banner.  So having all the banner pieces saved on my Design Studio takes no time at all.
I really wanted to buy Sure Cuts A Lot for this very reason.  With 4 boys in the house, I am always needing to cut out football team logos.  Unfortunately, I did not buy it before the lawsuit...no longer can get...sniff sniff!  To make this logo, I printed it from the Internet, then traced and cut and pieced.  I am very pleasantly pleased with the way this came out.  It was pop dotted on white.  Riley has requested this for his wall :)
Look what we received in the mail yesterday.  My SIL in MA sent this to the boys...they are too cute to eat.  I of course had to look at the company that made them.  It is called K-Delights.  So many cute cookies.  I never even knew something like this existed.

Magic Show Happy Birthday Banner

Loved making this banner.  It took some time, but I had so much fun.

I used Tags, Bags, Boxes and More Cricut cartridge and cut the bottom layer from Kraft cardstock at 6".  The red layer was cut at 4 3/4".  The black shadow is cut from Pooh and Friends Font cartridge at 3 3/4".  It is the Marker font.  The white letter is also Marker font at 3 3/4".  I pop dotted the letters to make it stand out.  Then I tied each tag together with white grosgrain ribbon.
This particular rabbit was cut from Create A Critter at 6" and I used Peachy Keen Stamps, Everyday Faces.
This hat was cut from Create a Critter, the wand I did free hand because the one from CAC was too small.  The little ACES deck of cards was a clip art I found and cut them out.
The hat on the P is cut at 6"
This rabbit was cut at 4" and used the PKS faces again.
Bradley loved this so much he asked me to hang it on his wall after the party...that's why it makes all this hard work, worthwhile.

Cricut Swarm

My friends and I all have little ones. Not exactly easy to get to a crop and the closest store to us is over 30 minutes away. I decided to hold a Cricut Swarm at my house. Now, I cannot just have friends over, I always have to do something more.

I created this banner using my DS, string that looks like shoelaces, Tags Bags Boxes & More cart, Pooh Font Set cart and lots of pop dots.

Each place setting had some little goodies for the girls. I downloaded the Cricut Cutting Guide from Obsessed With Scrapbooking. I have had this guide taped to the inside of my Expression for the last year and I love having it. So I gave one to each girl. The brown bag is for the paper scraps and the cupcake is actually fuzzy socks. I got this recipe from Rachie's Scrapspot. She even has the cut files you can download to your DS. Instead of the little pom pom for the cherry, I added a Hershey's Kiss. What girl does not love a little cozy and some chocolate?

These are the girls. Dave was out of town, don't tell him that is his pool table under all that :)
We had 2 tables with everyone's Cricuts and carts on them, an inspiration corner and munchies on the bar. We also listened to 90's music all night long, felt like we were in college again...yes I am dating us :)

Watch for us in February, we are going to have a Twilight Cricut Swarm !
