Coaches Thank You Cards

Football season is over...woohoo! We wanted to make thank you cards for our football coaches and Riley designed these. How cute is this...40 year old guys looking like 10. Our coaches all wore the same shirts, but their hats were different. They all wore Longhorns lanyards and that was my favorite part to make. I could not figure out how to weld the football on the DS and get it lined up perfectly, so we just had it that you flip over the card and Riley wrote on the back. The coaches loved these.
I am glad Riley has taking a liking to my obsession :)

The dolls are EDPD, the football card is Sports Mania and the lettering is Plantin Schoolbook that I welded on the DS.

Cupcake Birthday Card

My husband calls me from work one morning and tells me it is his Administrative Assistants birthday. He asks if I can make her a card that we can put a gift card in and he needs it in two hours. I am so not good with pressure. I came up with this. The cupcake is cut from Doodlecharms and this is my first attempt with stickles...love them.
As always, peachy keen face!

Packers Birthday Card

A good friend of Riley's plays for the Packers. Riley loved the Longhorns card that I made for him for his birthday and asked if we could make one for his friend. Because the 10 card was on my DS, this was so easy. Riley did such a great job on this. The only thing I did was the detail on the pants and helmet, Riley did everything else. He has watched me use my Peachy Keen stamps so many times that he knew exactly what to do. I did not take a picture of it, but we made a pocket on the inside for a gift card. The doll and accessories were cut from EDPD at 4", the helmet is cut from Sports Mania at 1 1/2" and the 33 is cut from Plantin Schoolbook at 1/2". We used the xyron the make everything stick.

Fall Wreath

I know that I am going back a few weeks, but I have been so busy with the holidays that this is the first I get to post. I do not have a wreath for my front door and I went shopping at all the craft stores and just could not spend $50 on a wreath. I hit Hobby Lobby when they had all their fall stuff for 50% off and I made this wreath...with a little help of a glue gun, for $12. I love the little scarecrow. When I took it down to put up a Christmas wreath...all the berries were gone...birds!!!!
